By downloading or using Refuelr you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the app

Refuelr is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app in accordance with applicable laws and not to misuse or attempt to manipulate price data.

Community submissions

Price data submitted by users is community-sourced. We do not guarantee its accuracy. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or malicious data.

By submitting price data or other content to Refuelr, you grant Refuelr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content for the operation, improvement, moderation, and promotion of the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Third-party content, data, and marks

Refuelr may display or access third-party content, datasets, names, logos, and services. This includes OpenStreetMap data, official fuel price datasets published under open government terms, app store services, and third-party service providers used to operate the app. All third-party trademarks, service marks, datasets, and content remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

Where required, Refuelr provides attribution and uses third-party content under applicable licences, permissions, or legal exceptions. If you believe any content in the app infringes your rights, contact us and we may investigate, restrict, or remove the material.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

You can delete your own Refuelr account in the app at Manage account > Delete account. For a full explanation of what is deleted, what is retained, and the retention period, see the account deletion page.

Subscriptions

Premium features are available via a monthly subscription processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Store refund and cancellation policies apply. You may cancel anytime in your store subscription settings.

This app uses Apple's Standard EULA for iOS in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and code are owned by or licensed to Refuelr. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of fuel prices, or suitability for any purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refuelr's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for a subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
