Delete your Refuelr account

Effective: 13 May 2026

In-app deletion

You can delete your own account inside the Refuelr app at Manage account > Delete account.

That action deletes your account and the content you created in Refuelr, including your submissions.

How to request deletion

Open Refuelr and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Manage account.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm the deletion request when prompted.

If you cannot access the app, email refuelr@outlook.com from the email address linked to your Refuelr account and ask for account deletion.

What we delete

Your Refuelr account profile and sign-in data stored by Refuelr.
Saved routes, favourites, search history, and account settings tied to that account.
Community submissions and other content you created in the app.
App-linked identifiers and tokens used to operate your account in Refuelr systems.

What we keep

Limited records needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or security purposes.
App store billing records retained by Apple or Google, which are managed by those stores.
A minimal internal record that the deletion request was completed.

Retention period

Deleted account data is removed from active Refuelr systems when the request is completed. Backup copies and security logs may persist for up to 30 days before they are automatically purged, unless we must keep a record for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
